Meine Arbeitskollegin erwartet ihr erstes Baby, einen kleinen Jungen. Coronabedingt haben wir uns leider seit Anfang des Jahres kaum gesehen. Auch ihre restlichen Freundinnen haben sie wenig gesehen. Also entschied sie zu einer Babyshower einzuladen, einfach um vor der Geburt noch einmal in geselliger Runde mit lecker Essen und Kuchen zusammenzusitzen.
Durch einen sehr anhänglichen und gestillten Sohnemann Nr. 4 hatte ich keine Zeit, um eine aufwändigere Torte zu machen. Aber so ganz ohne etwas Originelles wollte ich auch nicht ankommen.
Nach einer kleinen Recherche und Inspiration holen bei Pinterest ist es diese süße Entchentorte geworden.
Innen bestand sie aus dunklem Biskuitboden (gekauft aus Zeitgründen), Vanilletortencreme, TK-Himbeeren und klein gehackter Yogurette. Das „Wasser“ ist mit blauer Lebensmittelfarbe eingefärbte Sahne, der „Seifenschaum“ einfach Sahne. Außerdem kommt noch Löffelbiskuit und ein Geschenkband drum rum. Und natürlich das Quietscheentchen oben drauf. Ich habe mich für das Quietscheente von LiLaLu entschieden, da es schon passend im Babyboy-Look daherkommt.
Das Törtchen ist so machbar in unter 1 Stunde und lässt sich gut am Tag vorher vorbereiten.
