Du suchst eine Idee für dein Halloweenbuffet für Kinder? Bei der Halloween-Bruchschokolade können die kleinen sogar ganz einfach mithelfen zu dekorieren.
Ich habe mich für grüne und orangefarbene Schokolade entschieden, man kann aber auch ganz normale weiße Schokolade, Vollmilch- oder Zartbitterschokolade nehmen. Man kann auch weiße Schokolade einfärben. Achtung hierfür aber nur fettlösliche Farbe oder Farbpulver nehmen, bei den meisten handelsüblichen flüssigen Farben wird die Schokolade grisselig.
Das ganze geht ganz einfach:
Heize den Backofen auf 50 Grad Umluft vor. Verteile die Schokolade auf ein Backblech oder lege sie in eine rechteckige Silikonform. Gib die Form für 10 Minuten in den Ofen.
Nimm nun einen Schaschlikspieß oder Zahnstocher und ziehe in in Spiralen und Wellen kreuz und quer durch die Schokolade. So mischt sie sich und bekommt ein schönes Muster. Du kannst das Blech auch leicht auf die Arbeitsplatte klopfen, damit die Schokolade wieder zu einer glatten Oberfläche verläuft.
Und jetzt geht es sofort ans Dekorieren. Hier könnt ihr euch austoben: Zuckerstreusel, Smarties, Gummibärchen, oder auch getrocknetes Obst, salzige Brezeln, essbare Blüten… erlaubt ist, was schmeckt. Für Halloween gab es jetzt bei uns Gummiwürmchen und kleine Zuckeraugen.
Stellt das dekorierte Blech für ein paar Stunden in den Kühlschrank. Brecht danach die Schokolade in handliche Stücke. Fertig!
Bruchschokolade ist übrigens auch eine tolle Geschenkidee. Hübsch verpackt in einem Glas oder einer Dose eignet sie sich perfekt als kleines Mitbringsel.
