Motivtorten hebe ich mir ja meistens für einen besonderen Anlass auf, da sie viel Vorbereitung, Zeit und Aufwand bedeuten. Für meinen Geburtstag mache ich mir gerne selbst ein kleines Torten-Geschenk.
Dieses Jahr habe ich mir etwas ganz nach meinem Geschmack ausgesucht und zum ersten mal flexible Zuckergußspitze und die Backformen für ein Minitörtchen ausprobiert. Farbtechnisch wollte ich es ganz minimalistisch in schwarz-weiß-rot und eine meiner Lieblingsblumen, der Klatschmohn, sollte auch dabei sein. Das Ergebnis war dieses kleine Mini-Törtchen:
