Hildaplätzchen gehören zu meinem jährlichen Backrepertoire. Ich würde sogar sagen sie sind meine Lieblingsplätzchen. Und welchen Kuchen esse ich in der Adventszeit am Liebsten? Genau, Linzertorte! Warum nicht beide kombinieren? Heraus kamen diese Hildaplätzchen Linzer Style.
Die Hildaplätzchen brauchen zwar etwas mehr Zubereitungszeit, aber die lohnt sich. Sie sehen einfach umwerfend aus und schmecken so lecker. Wer Nüsse nicht so mag findet hier das normale Rezept für Hildaplätzchen.
Direkt nach dem Backen sind die Kekse noch sehr hart und knusprig. Lass sie mind. 1-2 Tage, besser noch länger, stehen. Dann werden sie richtig mürbe und zergehen auf der Zunge. Aber so unter uns, länger als 1 Tag konnte ich nicht warten…
Hier ist das Rezept für die Hildaplätzchen Linzer Style. Viel Spaß beim Nachbacken!
Hildaplätzchen Linzer Style
- 60 g Mandeln (gemahlen)
- 65 g Haselnüsse (gemahlen)
- 200 g Mehl
- 125 g Butter (weich)
- 125 g Zucker
- 1 Ei
- 1 Eigelb
- 1 Prise Zimt
- 1 Prise Nelken (gemahlen)
- 150 g Himbeer- oder Waldfruchtmarmelade
- Puderzucker
Röste die Nüsse in einer Pfanne ohne Fett. Lass sie auf einem Teller auskühlen.
Schlage Butter, Zucker, Ei und Eigelb schaumig.
Gib die gerösteten Nüsse, Mehl, Zimt und Nelken dazu und knete alles unter.
Wickle den Teig in Frischhaltefolie und gib ihn für mind. 1 Stunde in den Kühlschrank.
Heize den Backofen auf Umluft 160 Grad vor.
Rolle den Teig dünn auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche aus.
Stich für ein Plätzchen jeweils einen Boden und einen Deckel mit einem Loch oder Motiv aus
Backe die Plätzchen für 10Minuten und lass sie etwas abkühlen.
Gib auf die noch warmen Deckel Puderzucker.
Erwärme jetzt die Marmelade auf mittlerer Hitze in einem Topf.
Gib einen Klecks Marmelade auf einen Boden und drücke einen Deckel leicht darauf.
