Raffinierte Schoko-Orangen-Kipferl

Ich mag Kipferl! Ich mag es tatsächlich sie zu machen. Sie sind relativ einfach und machen doch soviel her. Erst wurden die Kinder mit Nougatkipferln versorgt und jetzt dürfen es für Mama dieses Weihnachten etwas raffiniertere Kekse sein. Ich hatte dieses Jahr total Lust auf irgendetwas mit Orangengeschmack. Schokolade liebe ich ja sowieso. Also ist doch die Kombination aus beidem die perfekte Wahl und diese Schoko-Orangen-Kipferl landen ganz weit oben auf der Liste meiner Lieblingsplätzchen.

Die Kipferl zwischen beiden Händen zu rollen bedarf anfangs etwas Übung. Perfekt sind meine auch nicht, aber mit Hilfe meines geliebten Teigportionierers (Affiliatelink) werden die Kipferl zumindest fast alle gleich groß.

Ich konnte mich nicht entscheiden, ob ich die Enden in Schokolade tunke wie bei den Nougatkipferln oder sie mit Schokolade besprenkle. Also hab ich beides getan und ich finde sie sehr hübsch in dieser Kombination auf einer weihnachtlichen Kaffeetafel.

Sehen die Plätzchen nicht zum Reinbeißen lecker aus? Und da meine Kinder die Nougatkipferl bevorzugen, bleiben mehr Schoko-Orangen-Kipferl für mich! 🙂

Rezept Kekse Weihnachten Plätzchen Schoko-Orangen-Kipferl

Folgt mir gerne bei Pinterest und Instagram und seid immer die ersten, wenn es Neues gibt.

Schoko-Orangen-Kipferl

Für den Teig

  • 200 g Mehl
  • 60 g Speisestärke
  • 1 TL Backpulver
  • 100 g Zucker
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 1 Ei
  • 1 EL geriebene Orangenschalen (frisch oder fertig gekaufte)
  • 125 g Butter
  • 100 g Zartbitterschokolade

Zur Dekoration

  • Zartbitterkuvertüre
  1. Vermische Mehl, Speisestärke, Backpulver, Zucker und Salz.

  2. Füge weiche Butter, Ei und Orangenschalen hinzu und verknete alles mit den Händen oder mit einem Rührgerät (Knethaken) zu einem Teig.

  3. Hacke die Zartbitterschokolade klein und knete sie als letztes unter den Teig.

  4. Packe den Teig in Frischhaltefolie und lege ihn mind. 45 Minuten in den Kühlschrank.

  5. Heize den Backofen auf 175 Grad O/U vor.

  6. Nimm mit einem Eisportionierer (Mini 3cm) Teigkugeln und rolle sie zwischen den Händen zu länglichen Würstchen mit schmaleren Enden.

  7. Lege die Würstchen halbrund auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech und backe sie etwa 10 Minuten.

  8. Lass die Kipferl auskühlen und schmilz in der Zeit die Kuvertüre in einem Wasserbad mit niedriger Temperatur.

  9. Tunke die Kipferl mit den Ende in die Schokolade und lege sie zum Aushärten auf ein Stück Alufolie. Du kannst die Schokolade auch in eine Spritztüte geben und über die Kipferl spritzen.
