Zur Weihnachtsfeier in unserer Abteilung steuere ich jedes Jahr einen besonderen Kuchen bei. Dieses Jahr hatte ich bereits schon viele Lebkuchenmännchen und -häuschen gebacken und außerdem war mir so weihnachtlich-winterlich zumute. Also lag es für mich nahe die Lebkuchen auch mit in das Kuchendesign aufzunehmen. Dabei entstand dann diese Kuchen-Winterlandschaft:
Die Torte bestand aus Vanillekuchen und leckerer Baileys-Tortencreme.
Alle Häuschen und Bäumchen sind aus Lebkuchen, selbstgebacken und mit Zuckerguss von mir verziert.
